Wheel Throwing Basics

The foundation of wheel-thrown pottery. You'll learn centering, opening, pulling walls, and basic finishing techniques. Leave with your own bowl or mug, bisque-fired and ready for pickup.

Hand-Building Studio

No wheel needed. Learn pinch pots, coil building, and slab construction. A relaxed, meditative session perfect for those who prefer working at their own pace.

Glazing Workshop

Second Saturday monthly2 hours

Bring a bisque-fired piece (yours or from our shelf) and learn dip glazing, brush glazing, and wax resist. We'll cover glaze chemistry basics and firing temperatures.

Date Night at the Wheel

Bring a partner and spend the evening at the wheel. Includes wine, snacks, and guided instruction. Each person leaves with a piece they made themselves.

Common questions

Do I need experience?
Most of our workshops are designed for complete beginners. The only exception is the Glazing Workshop, which assumes you've already got a bisque-fired piece to work with.
What should I wear?
Clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Clay washes out, but it's easier to not worry about it. We provide aprons. Closed-toe shoes recommended.
When can I pick up my piece?
Bisque firing takes 1–2 weeks. We'll text or email you when it's ready for pickup. Glazed pieces take another week after glaze firing.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Date Night includes wine and snacks. For other workshops, feel free to bring water. We keep it simple — the studio is a working space.
